2012 (JUNIOR): Named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Division I All-American team, AVCA Midwest All-Region Team, and All-Conference USA First Team... started in all 29 matches for UTEP ... led the team in kills (469), second in hitting percentage (.296) and third in blocks (79)...ranked 25th in the nation in points per set (4.92) and 28th in kills (4.3 per set).... registered 28 double-digit kill performances and recorded five contests with 20 or more kills...rated second in school history for hitting percentage in four sets (.633) versus Southern Miss (9/23)... earned the No.2 spot in the UTEP record book for kills (469) in a single season...posted a season-high 23 kills against Rice (10/21)...ranked in Conference USA in kills (4.3-3rd), hitting percentage (9th) and points (4.25-3rd)...contributed 96 digs, 213 block assists, and a .889 reception percentage...was named C-USA Offensive Player of the Week (9/24).

2011 (SOPHOMORE): Received All-Conference USA Second Team honors ... started in all 33 matches for UTEP ... ranked second on the team in kills (380), second in kills per set (3.19) and third in blocks (74) ... registered 22 double-digit kill performances and recorded three contests with 20 or more kills ... posted a career-high 25 kills against Houston (10/30) ... hit .500 against Tulane (10/23) recording the third best hitting percentage in program history in five sets ... ranked 10th in the league in kills per set (3.19) ... contributed 53 digs, 57 block assists and a .913 reception percentage.

2010 (FRESHMAN):Selected to the Conference USA All-Freshman team ... started in 30 of 33 matches for the Miners ... second on the squad in kills (198) and kills per set (2.02) ... posted five double-digit kill performances ... led the Miners' frontcourt defense, putting up a team-best 102 total blocks (7s/95a) while averaging 1.04 rejections per set ... blocks per set ranked fifth in C-USA and Horton was the only freshman in the league to rank among the conference leaders ... registered six contests with five or more blocks including a career-high eight versus Marshall (10/9) ... ranked sixth in blocks per set (1.04) in C-USA matches, also the only freshman among the league's leaders ... pounded 144 kills in conference matches (2.15 per set), second on the squad ... hit .256 in league contests to rank 19th in C-USA, the only freshman ranked in the top-20 ... also contributed 45 digs, six assists and two aces for the Miners.

2009: Redshirted.

HIGH SCHOOL: Led Edison High School to the 2007 Central Metro-Athletic Conference Championship ... Edison's all-time kills and blocks leader ... a two-time All-CMAC First Team and Fresno Bee All-League Second Team ... garnered the Edison High School Coaches Award in 2007 ... played club volleyball with the Asics Sports City from 2007-08 leading them to nationals and the Junior Olympics ... lettered in basketball and track ... set the Valley Conference record in the high jump and long jump in 2007 ... awarded Merit List Honors as a junior and senior.
