UTEP Tennis Gets Back On Track

The UTEP tennis team reverted to its winning ways by knocking off Drake, 4-3, on Friday. The Miners move to 8-7 on the season while the Bulldogs fall to 6-9.
Making the effort even more impressive is the fact that UTEP was without its top player, Weronika Bloczynska, who has been sidelined due to a knee injury.
UTEP received singles victories from Vicky Michaud, Amber Brightly and Harmonie Chatagner. The effort was just enough as the
Michaud drilled Drake's Sarah Plowman, 7-6 (7-5), 6-0, in a convincing straight-set triumph at No. 4 singles. Brightly also a victory of that nature, waxing Daria Zawislak, 7-5, 6-3.
UTEP will look to pick up its second triumph in as many days when it challenges Conference
