2012 C-USA Women's Soccer Tournament RSVP Form

Please complete this form to RSVP for the Conference USA Women's Soccer Tournament October 31 - November 4. Free Admission is available for all games, as well as the Championship on Sunday, Nov. 4. Due to limited seating, groups should RSVP early to ensure a spot.

RSVP by Friday, October 26 and your school/group will be eligible to receive bus/field trip compensation. Priority will be given to schools/groups bringing 50 or more people.

All groups/schools with students 7th grade and below who attend a Wednesday or Friday game will be eligible for the chance to escort the top two teams on to the field in the Championship on Sunday!!

As a reminder, ALL GAMES WILL BE PLAYED AT UNIVERSITY FIELD.
