PRIOR TO UTEP: Led the Sereno Soccer Club, under the direction of coach Paul Lester, to five straight Arizona State Championships ... starting forward for the squad since 2003 ... team has been a fixture at the regional event ... SCC was a Region IV finalist in 2005, boasts two semi-final showings (2006 & 2008) while it landed in the quarterfinals in 2007 ... invited to represent the Sereno `90 white team in 2007 and Sereno `92 in 2008 as a guest player ... was in the Arizona ODP team pool in 2006 & 2008 ... member of the ODP team in 2006 ... currently competing with SC Del Soccer Club (formerly SCC) under the direction and mentoring of coach Ally Maxwell ... is serving as a starting forward ... also competed in basketball, softball and track but true passion has been the sport of soccer since age three.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Val and Joanne Horvatich ... has two siblings ... has volunteered in her free time with different activities in her community as well as helping younger kids ... enjoys camping, hanging out with friends and traveling in her free time ... born 8/28/92 (San Jose, Calif.).
