UTEP Women's Golf Team Finishes 13th at Jeannine McHaney/Audrey Morehead Tournament

Deborah Martinez finished 39th (85-78-78-241) and Ana Pastor tied for 56th place (91-79-76-246) to lead the Miners.

The UTEP women's golf team recorded a 13th-place showing at the Jeannine McHaney/Audrey Morehead Tournament on Tuesday in Lubbock, Texas.

The Miners compiled a team score of 989 (344-327-318). Host Texas Tech was the team champion at the 14-team event (313-296-291-900).

The individual champion was Colorado's Dominique Pytlewski (77-71-72-220).

UTEP's Deborah Martinez finished 39th (85-78-78-241), Ana Pastor tied for 56th place (91-79-76-246), Rosana Gomez tied for 62nd place (85-84-82-251), Elizabeth Sobczak tied for 67th place (86-87-82-255) and Shang-Fan Huang tied for 71st place (88-86-92-266).
