UTEP Women's Golf Takes 11th at Dr. Donnis Thompson

The UTEP women's golf team finished 11th at the Dr. Donnis Thompson Invitational on Wednesday in Kane`ohe, O`ahu, Hawaii.
The Miners registered a team score of 939 (318-310-311). Arizona was the champion of the 16-team tournament (289-293-293-875).
Camino Sardinero led UTEP by carding a 17-over-par 233 (77-79-77), tying for 34th place. Nathalie Castillo tied for 38th place (79-77-78-234), Maria Velasco tied for 48th place (81-75-82-238), Emma Burman tied for 56th place (81-81-78-240) and Emma Edin tied for 63rd place (86-79-78-243).
UTEP's next tournament will be the UALR Classic March 25-26 in Hot Springs, Ark.
