EL PASO, Texas- Season tickets for the upcoming 2009-10 UTEP women’s basketball season are going quickly, as less than 30 reserved floor seats are available for purchase. They can be bought by calling (915) 747-6150.
The Miners are 68-24 since the start of the 2006-07, feature the two-time defending Conference USA Player of the Year in the form of Jareica Hughes and were chosen as one of 16 teams to participate in the prestigious 2009 Preseason WNIT.
Despite all of those achievements, the price for a season ticket remains at only $50. UTEP will play 17 home games this year, including the exhibition contest to open the season against St. Mary’s at 2:05 p.m. on Saturday. That means a season ticket works out to less than $3 per game.
In addition to priority seating, season ticket holders will have priority for postseason tournament tickets.
