UTEP SAAC Vice President

2013-14 (JUNIOR): Competed in 10 contests on the year ... shot 66.6% from behind the arc (2-3) ... the makes, which came against Northern Arizona (11/22) and Tulsa (1/11), drew the largest ovation in the respective contests ... snatched four rebounds on the year, three offensive and one defensive ... her first defensive rebound on the year was against FIU (2/8).

2012-13 (SOPHOMORE): Fan favorite who played in seven contests, including one road tilt ... logged a total of 22 minutes ... set career highs for points (five) and minutes played (nine) against Eastern New Mexico) ... drilled her first career field goal, a three-pointer, vs. NM State (12/5) ... hit 2-of-4 shots from distance on the campaign ... also grabbed a rebound and credited with initial assist of her career in that contest.

2011-12 (FRESHMAN): Returned to the El Paso area after playing high school ball in San Antonio and walked onto the squad ... appeared in six contests ... played three minutes against both Houston Baptist (11/19/11) & Texas State (12/31/11) ... had a rebound vs. HBU.

PRIOR TO UTEP: Three-year letterwinner for Reagan High School who helped the team win its first ever district championship ... two-time all-district performer, including securing first-team accolades as a senior ... captained the squad in 2010-11 ... invited to play in the San Antonio area all star game following her senior season ... second player from her school to go on to play division one basketball ... academic all-district member for all three years ... member of the TABC academic all-district team as a junior and senior.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Martin and Marie Rodriguez ... Martin is a math teacher who earned his master's degree from UTEP ... is an accounting major ... has two sisters and one brother ... grew up in El Paso but moved to San Antonio when she was nine.
