UTEP Men's Golf Team Shoots 306 on Day Two of Hawaii Tourney

The UTEP men's golf team continued play at the John Burns Intercollegiate in Kahuku, Hawaii on Thursday. The Miners shot 306 as a team, putting their 36-hole total at 608.

UTEP is in 11th place among 16 teams with one round remaining on Friday. California leads the field (284-282-566).

The Miners' Roberto Ruiz (73-76-149) and Martin Simonsen (75-74-149) are tied for 19th place, both five over par. Devin Miertschin is tied for 56th place (76-78-154), Jere Pelletier is tied for 62nd place (78-78-156) and David Persons is tied for 79th place (81-80-161).
