Conference USA Freshman of the Year ... also appointed to the Conference USA All-Tournament team ... played in his first tournament for the Miners in late January and went on to lead the team at five of seven spring events ... posted a team-leading 72.6 scoring average ... earned an individual bid to NCAA Regionals ... tied for 27th place at the Norman Regional with a seven-over-par 223 (72-75-76) ... picked up three top-10 finishes, including a season-best fourth place showing at the Conference USA Championship ... shot his season-low 212 twice, including at C-USA ... posted four sub-70 rounds (67 at Arizona Intercollegiate, 69 at The Farms Invitational, 67 at Jim West Intercollegiate, 67 at C-USA) ... other top-10 finishes came at The Farms (tied for sixth place) and Jim West (tied for fifth place).

Graduate of HHX Turøgade High School ... won several tournaments during the calendar year 2008, including the DM Matchplay, Stygge Krumpen, JDT Final, Faxe 3 and Jagerpris Open events.
