2011 (JUNIOR): Earned a starting spot at right corner out of camp and never yielded it ... was second on the squad in solo tackles (35) and pass break-ups (six) ... overall compiled 49 tackles, sixth-best on the team ... recorded five or more tackles in six contests ... had two contests with six tackles (Stony Brook and Houston) ... registered a career-best three PBUs against Houston ... credited with tackles for losses against both Tulane and Colorado State.

2010 (SOPHOMORE): Enjoyed a productive sophomore campaign, fashioning 42 tackles, 3.5 tackles for losses, two fumble recoveries, an interception and five pass break-ups in13 games ... started at right corner in the first four games of the season ... credited with six stops in a pair of games (Houston, NM State) ... posted five tackles versus Arkansas-Pine Bluff and UAB ... had four stops against Memphis and Tulsa ... intercepted a pass at UAB ... single tackles for losses were logged versus New Mexico and SMU ... recovered fumbles against Houston and UAB ... picked off a pass at New Mexico ... season-high two pass break-ups at Houston ... received the Bob Stull Award from the coaching staff.

PRIOR TO UTEP: First team All NCIC Conference and first team All-State as a senior for head coach Trent Swords at Ottawa Township High School in Chicago ... posted 1,183 rushing yards on 188 carries for 12 TDs as a senior ... served as team captain and was voted squad MVP ... two-year letterwinner who was the IUC Celluar Athlete of the Year in 2006.
