2014 (SENIOR): Played in 11 games ... recorded three passes for 64 yards (21.3 yards per catch) ... reeled in a 29-yard pass at Kansas State, a 21-yard grab at LA Tech and a 14-yard reception at Rice.

2013 (JUNIOR): Participated in 11 contests ... caught three passes for 31 yards, including a career-long 29-yard reception at No. 12 Texas A&M ... recorded two tackles on special teams.

2012 (SOPHOMORE): Participated in seven games, making three starts ... grabbed 16 passes for 121 yards ... set career highs in catches (five) and yards (38) at Ole Miss ... caught three passes for 29 yards with a season-long 16-yard catch at Tulsa ... forced a fumble at East Carolina ... missed the last five games due to a shoulder injury.

2011 (FRESHMAN): Made seven appearances for the Miners ... recorded three receptions for 16 yards.

PRIOR TO UTEP: Three-year starter for coach Jeff Reitz at Life School Oak Cliff HS ... played receiver as a sophomore and quarterback his last two seasons ... three-time first team All-District 15-2A (once at wideout and twice at signal-caller) ... voted his team's offensive player of the year ... in 2009 completed 135-of-235 passes for 2,069 yards with 18 TDs and just seven interceptions ... did not throw a pick in the first five games of the season ... his team rated first in offense in the Dallas/Fort Worth region with about 480 yards per game ... he also rushed for more than 400 yards ... saw action at safety for three games ... in his only play as a receiver in 2009, he took a short slant and turned it into a 78-yard TD ... as a junior he connected on just under 60 percent of his passes for approximately 1,800 yards with 18 TDs ... four-year letterwinner in basketball, starting each season and earning first team All-State recognition as a junior ... also a three-year track & field letterwinner ... helped the 4x400 meter relay team advance to regionals.
