Kimaiyo Claims Crown at 2011 NCAA Mountain Region

All-American Risper Kimaiyo became the first woman in program history to claim back-to-back titles with a time of 20:35 at the 2011 NCAA Cross Country Mountain Regional in Provo, Utah on Saturday.

2011 (Sophomore): Registered a personal-best of 18:23.6 at the Conference USA Championships and finished 29th overall ... placed ninth at the Kachina Classic with a time of 18:41.7 ... opened the season with a 18th place finish at the Lobo Invitational clocking in a time of 20:14.9 ... ran a 23:16.0 in the 6K at the NCAA Mountain Regional.
