2010 (Junior): Indoor:Claimed the Frank Sevigne Invitational title with a season-best throw of 20.90m (68-07), the toss ranks fifth all-time in UTEP history ... also posted a top finish at the Texas Tech Invitational with a mark of 19.64m (64-05.25) ... qualified for the NCAA Championships where he matched his season best mark for ninth place. Outdoor: Garnered USTFCCCA All-America honors finishing fourth in the hammer throw at the NCAA Championships, 66.77m (219-01) ... had a season-best performance in the hammer throw at the Springtime Invitational claiming the title with a toss of 68.82 (225-09) ... posted top finishes at the UTEP Invitational, 67.72m (222-02) and at the Don Kirby Invitational, 66.23m (217-03) ... took silver at the Texas Relays, 67-08m (220-01), at the Drake Relays, 65.38m (214-06), and at the Conference USA Championships, 65.78m (215-06).

Silver medalist at the Conference USA Championships with a NCAA provisional distance of 20.02m (65-08.25) in the weight throw ... took first at the Texas Tech Invitational, 20.28m (66-06.50). Outdoor: Earned USTFCCCA All-American Status following a fifth-place finish at the NCAA Championships with a distance of 68.04m (223-02) in the hammer throw ... took gold at the NCAA Midwest Regional in the hammer with a mark of 67.27m (220-08) ... claimed the C-USA hammer title with a toss of 66.63m (218-03.25) ... recorded a PR of 68.66m (225-03) for first at the Don Kirby Invitational ... also took gold at the Springtime Invitational with a mark of 66.03m (216-08) ... second at Drake Relays with a throw of 66.23m (217-03) ... posted regional marks in all meets competed.

2008 (Freshman): Indoor:
Began his collegiate career with a first-place finish in the 35-pound weight throw with a mark of 18.72 (61-5) at the Texas Tech Invitational on Jan. 26...finished fourth at the C-USA Championships with a distance throw of 18.26 (59-11) on March 1. Outdoor: Champion in the hammer throw at the UTEP Invitational and Don Kirby Invitational with marks of 61.67 (202-4) and 65.4 (214-7) respectively...took silver at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a throw of 65.38 (214-6) on May 30...also finished second at the C-USA Championships with a season-high throw of 65.65 and at the Springtime Invitational, 61.92 (203-2) on March 29.

Before UTEP: A member of the Greek National Team, placing seventh at the European Junior Championship in July 2007.
