Hank Mc Donald joined the Miner's Staff in April 2012, where he will be responsible for overseeing the training of softball, tennis, and cheerleading while assisting with football.

Mc Donald earned his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology & Rehabilitation Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He has spent time at a variety of programs including the University of Hawaii, Notre Dame, Pittsburgh, and Robert Morris University. Mc Donald is a competitive Olympic style weightlifter, competing in the 69 and 77kg weight classes.

Mc Donald is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA), as well as a Level-1 Sports Performance Coach with United States of America Weightlifting (USAW). Mc Donald is currently pursuing the completion of his Masters degree.
